Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Webnorax for website design or care plan services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide custom website design (up to 5 pages) and ongoing care & performance plans as described on our Services page. The exact scope is agreed upon before work begins.

3. Payments

Website setup is a one‑time payment of £149. We will send you a Stripe payment link; payment is due before we start work.

Care plans are £29 per month, billed monthly via a Stripe subscription link we provide. The subscription begins once your site is live.

All prices are in GBP. You may cancel the care plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate content, brand assets, and feedback in a timely manner
• Own or obtain the rights to any content you supply (logos, images, text)
• Maintain the security of your own domain, Cloudflare, and GitHub accounts (we will guide you through setup but you retain ownership)

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the setup fee, you own the final website design and code we create for you. We may showcase your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Any third‑party assets (fonts, stock images) remain subject to their respective licences.

6. Care Plan & Updates

The care plan includes up to 1 hour of content updates per month. Unused time does not roll over. We respond to update requests within 2 business days. If a request exceeds the monthly allowance, we’ll let you know and agree on any extra work before proceeding.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webnorax shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of your website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

Either party may end the care plan with 30 days’ notice. Upon termination, your website remains live on your own hosting accounts; you are simply no longer entitled to updates or support from us.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we’ll notify active care plan clients by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
